摘    要:通过ADAMS建模对某轿车后背门开启机构做运动分析,来解决后背门初开启阶段的干涉问题和完全开启时的漏雨问题。通过ADAMS的优化分析和运动分析,给出了解决问题的建议:调整相关点位置可以改善后背门与侧围的干涉现象,而且最佳的办法是将铰链机构整体前移;调整相关点位置或修改限位块尺寸可以改善后备门开启角度过大及行李箱漏雨的问题。CAE在汽车工程中的效率和价值都得到了具体体现。

Analysis and Design of Passenger Car Back Door Hinge
Abstract:The operation movement of opening mechanism of car back door is analyzed by building a model with ADAMS, improving the interference between back door and side panel when back door is opening at the beginning and resolving leak rain problem when back door is in full-size opening. Some suggestions are offered after the optimization analysis and operation movement analysis are both finished with ADAMS. Adjusting the position of relative point can improve the interference between back door and side panel, furthermore the best way of adjusting is to move the whole hinge mechanism forward; adjusting the position of relative point and redesigning limiting block can also improve the opening angle of back door and resolve the problem of leak rain. The value and efficiency of CAE in automotive engineering is clearly presented in this paper.
