CST汽车电磁兼容解决方案

摘    要:车载电子系统过于敏感易导致操作失灵,依靠传统经验进行电磁兼容(EMC)实物测试和研发已无法满足市场飞速发展的要求,采用软件仿真汽车电磁兼容是研发的必经之路。文章介绍了CST电磁兼容仿真软件提供的一站式解决方案,以及CST拥有的天线库和线缆库在民用整车中应用的电场分布情况,指出CST软件能真实进行汽车整车部件线缆的电磁仿真,改进设计和测试流程,为企业节约大量成本。

Solution to the Automotive EMC of CST
Abstract:On-board automotive electronic equipment is easy to lead to malfunction due to its sensitiveness and the dependence on traditional EMC for the test and R&D cannot meet the demand of the rapid market development. Therefore, the adoption of automotive EMC software is the necessary. The one-stop solution provided by CST EMC software and the distribution of electronic field of the antenna library and cable library in the whole vehicles for domestic use has been introduced in this paper. The paper points out that the software of CST is able to conduct the electromagnetism simulation for the automotive cable parts and improve design and test procedure so as to cut cost for enterprises.
