柴油机微粒捕集器催化再生技术

摘    要:柴油机微粒捕集器(DPF)能降低柴油机的微粒(PM)排放量,文章提出了DPF催化再生技术方案,将氧化催化器(DOC)与DPF相结合,通过DOC催化氧化未燃HC等来提高排气温度达到微粒着火温度500~600℃,点燃微粒从而完成再生过程。以YN4100QB–1A柴油机为研究对象,对不同喷油量下的DPF升温特性进行了试验研究,试验结果表明:当喷油量大于60mL/min时,再生系统能迅速将排气温度提高到500℃以上。可变喷油量的喷油控制方案可使DPF升温平缓,降低再生造成的二次污染。

Catalyst Regeneration Technology of Diesel Particulate Filter
Abstract:Catalyst regeneration technology of Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) can reduce the emission of PM. The regeneration of the diesel particulate filter is completed by combining DOC and DPF,oxidizing unburned HC with DOC which is in the front of DPF so that the temperature raised to 500~600 °C to ignite particle. Take the YN4100QB-1A diesel engine as an example,the temperature characteristics experimental research has been done based on amount of fuel injections. The results show that when the fuel injection rate is more than 60 mL/min,the regeneration system can quickly raise the exhaust temperature to 500 °C. The control program of variable fuel injection amount can make temperature of DPF increase gently,reduce the second pollution caused by regeneration.
