This paper introduces a testing method which adopts the testing device of automotive pipe line connecting torque to analyze the relation among tightening torque, axial load and corner. This testing device provides the effective judgment for the testing results of pipe line connection at the state of tightening and ascertains the reliability of the new pipe line connection and surface coating. This method provides judgment for the effectiveness of ensuring the pipe line connection.
