一种低功耗TPMS接收器的设计

摘    要:为了满足车辆在熄火情况下对胎压的监控需求,设计了一种基于S9S12G128和MC33596的可以持续监控轮胎压力的控制器,分析了电路各个组成部件的电气参数,介绍了低功耗设计思路,给出硬件电路以及软件控制流程图。试验结果表明,接收器设计达到技术指标。

Abstract:A receiver has been developed based on S9S12G128 and MC33596 to continuously monitor tire pressures even when the vehicle stalls. The author analyzes the electric parameters of each component of circuit, introduces a low-power consumption design, presents the hardware circuit and software control flow chart. The test results show that the receiver meets all the technical specifications.
