汽车交流发电机流体散热仿真分析方法

摘    要:针对汽车交流发电机整机及其部件的流体散热、温度分布计算问题,对汽车交流发电机数学模型的建立与CAE仿真分析等方面进行研究;对汽车交流发电机数学模型的简化处理、流体域划分、部件发热源功率计算、仿真参数设置与后处理等方面进行总结归纳,提出一种适用于汽车交流发电机整机及其部件的温度分布计算方法,利用ANSYS的workbench平台下的FLUENT软件模块进行分析,同时对物理样机也进行试验测试。研究结果表明,仿真分析结果与物理试验进行对比,其偏差率在5%以内,分析结果可信。该仿真思路与方法可供发电机散热结构设计研究者参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of fluid cooling simulation and temperature distributing calculation of alternator and its components, an alternator geometric model is set up and simulation analysis is studied by the CAE software. Simplifying the alternator geometric model, dividing the fluid zone, calculating the component power, setting the simulation parameters, a method that can calculate temperature distribution of ahernator and its components is proposed. The FLUENT software is used to simulate and its physical prototype is tested. The results indicate that the deviation rate is within 5% which compared to the physical test. The analysis results is credible and the thought and method of simulation can be reference for the designers of generator heat dissipation structure.
