蒸发器芯体焊接夹具的改进与优化设计

摘    要:通过对某车用空调总成蒸发器芯体组焊焊接夹具的改进与优化设计,使原夹具在使用中存在的一些问题得到妥善解决和有效控制,使得组焊焊接操作得以流水化进行,极大地提高了生产效率,并使产品的尺寸与位置精度以及芯体的外观和表面品质也得到了保证。

Abstract:By improving and optimizing the welding fixture for evaporator core of an automotive air conditioning assembly,some problems existing in the use of the original fixture have been properly solved and effectively controlled,so that the assembly welding operation can be carried out fluidically,the production efficiency has been greatly improved,the dimension and position accuracy of the product has been improved.The appearance and surface quality of the core are also guaranteed.
