乙醇燃料发动机火花塞烧蚀机理研究

摘    要:本文基于一台1.5 L乙醇燃料增压发动机的火花塞烧蚀问题开展排查研究,排查中发现火花塞烧蚀的原因并非火花塞热值匹配过热,而是发动机存在早燃;这种乙醇燃料早燃的爆压特性不同于普通汽油增压发动机的超级爆震爆压特性;通过进一步的发动机试验锁定了诱发早燃的问题点。

Abstract:Based on the investigation of the spark plug ablation of a 1.5L ethanol-fuelled turbocharged engine,it is found that the reason for the spark plug ablation is not the matching overheating of the spark plug heat value,but the early ignition of the engine.The early ignition pressure characteristic of ethanol fuel is different from LSPI of gasoline turbocharged engine.The problem that causes the early ignition is locked in the process of engine test.
