新能源电动汽车用陶瓷高压接触器的钎焊及结构设计

摘    要:研究和分析可伐合金(4J33)与陶瓷(Al_(2)O_(3)-95%)在高温下的膨胀特性,并分析和计算可伐合金和陶瓷在高温下采用平封结构和立封结构膨胀变形量的差值,测定两种封装结构钎焊后的接头抗拉强度的差异,结果表明,采用立封结构,可伐合金与陶瓷焊接后接头部抗拉强度比平封高近4倍。

Abstract:This paper conducts research on kovar alloy(4j33)and ceramic(Al2O3-95%)under the high temperature expansion feature,and analyses and calculate the difference of using flat seal structure and seal structure expansion deformation,determines two kinds of packaging structure after brazing joint tensile strength of the differences.The results showes that with the vertical sealing structure,the tensile strength of kovar alloy ceramic joint is nearly 4 times higher than that of flat seal.
