汽车点火线圈及喷油阀波形故障诊断系统的设计

摘    要:通过研究汽车点火线圈及喷油阀的结构及特点.利用采样电路对点火线圈初、次级绕组和喷油阀的电压波形进行多次采集,分析总结出正常波形与故障波形的差别所在,并利用美国国家仪器公司的Labview软件开发了一套上位机系统,实现了对汽车点火线圈与喷油阀故障实时的诊断与显示功能。

Abstract:The author introduces the structure and characteristics of automobile ignition coil and injection valve, analyses and summarizes the differences between normal waveform and fault waveform. A diagnostic system has been developed based on the software Labview of NI Corporation to realize the functions of real fault diagnosis and display of ignition coil and injection valve.
