EGR冷却器积炭机理研究

摘    要:研究了影响EGR冷却器产生积炭的因素以及EGR冷却器的积炭会造成的不利影响,其目的在于为构建EGR冷却器试验台做理论准备。影响EGR冷却器产生积炭的因素可以作为试验台参数调整和整体控制的依据,而积炭所造成的不利影响可作为试验台测试参数选择的依据。试验结果证明,产生积炭一方面与发动机废气的成分有关,另一方面与EGR冷却器的本身的结构和冷却条件有关;积炭本身会降低冷却器冷却效率、增加压力损失,从而降低了EGR减少NOx排放的工作能力。

Abstract:The influence factors for the sooting inside EGR cooler and the bad effects of this phenomenon have been researched and will be discussed in this thesis.This research work is prepared to design a EGR cooler test bench.The influence factors for the sooting should be figured out,because the test bench must be accordingly adjusted and controlled.And the bad effects of it are for the select of the right parameters,which have to be measured during the test.The result of the current test shows that,the appearance of this phenomenon is realted to the components of the exhaust gas,and on the other hand,it is also related to the construction of the EGR cooler and the cooling condition.The sooting can reduce the cooling efficiency of the cooler,and increase the pressure lost.All of this will weaken the competence of the cooler and increase the NOx emission.
