摘    要:以流体滑动轴承的润滑理论为基础,分析研究了涡轮增压器止推轴承的工作机理和结构参数与性能的关系。建立了止推轴承及摩擦功率损失的方程式和数值模型,探讨了轴承承载能力与转速、间隙和尺寸等参数之间的关系。结果表明:增大止推轴承的尺寸或转速,承载能力增大;供油温度升高,承载能力下降。

Abstract:Based on lubrication theory of sliding bearing,the working mechanism and the relation between the structure and the performance of thrust bearing for the turbocharger were researched.The equation and numerical model of friction power for thrust bearing were established,and the relations between the thrust bearing carrying capacity and the parameters like the speed,the clearance and the size were analyzed.Results indicated that the carrying capacity of thrust bearing was increased when its speed or size was increased and decreased when the temperature of lubrication oil was raised.
