直喷式柴油机燃用甲醇—柴油微乳化燃料的试验研究

摘    要:在保证乳化稳定和成本低的前提下制备了甲醇—柴油微乳化液,并在D1110直喷式柴油机上进行试验。试验表明,在发动机结构参数不作任何改变的情况下,燃用此甲醇—柴油微乳化燃料,动力性无明显差异,燃油消耗率略有下降,同时大幅降低了NOx和PM排放,CO排放也有所降低,HC排放略有升高。

Abstract:The methanol-diesel micro-emulsion fuel was prepared under the condition of stable emulsion and low cost and was experimented on D1110 DI engine. The results show that the micro-emulsified methanol-diesel makes no difference to dynamic property, reduces slightly the specific fuel consumption and decreases remarkably the NOx and PM emission under the same engine structure parameters. The CO emission is also reduced, but the HC emission is slightly increased.
