基于现代设计方法的柴油机振动特性研究

摘    要:利用现代设计方法,在某车用柴油机振动激励力分析的基础上,开展了整机振动响应特性的仿真分析,获得了柴油机整机的预期振动结果,通过与台架整机振动试验结果对比,两者误差小于10%,达到了工程应用的要求,同时也说明采用预测设计分析的方法预测柴油机整机振动是合理可行的。

Abstract:The forecast design of diesel engine was carried out by analyzing the vibration excitation force and engine vibration characteristic simulation with modern design method.And then the vibration forecast results were acquired and compared with the test results.The results show that the error between both vibration results is less than 10%,which meets the requirements of engineering application,meanwhile,proves that the forecast design of diesel vibration is reasonable and feasible.
