| 摘 要： | 在位置式电控燃油分配泵电控单元的设计基础上 ,对发动机工作Map数据的建立和优化作了研究 ,并将该电控泵与江西五十铃 4JB1发动机进行匹配试验。利用电控的优势 ,通过改变发动机的油量Map和提前角Map从而控制油泵供油量和喷油正时 ,改善柴油机的稳态精度和动态响应。

| Abstract: | Based on the design of ECU in the electronic control VE distribution pump,the paper takes research on establishing and optimizing of data for engine map and on matching test of the pump with Jiangling 4JB1 engine.Taken advantage of electronic control, the system controls the fuel supply and injection timing by changing fuel map and spark advantage,then static precision as well as transient response of diesel engine is improved. |
