摘    要:设计了一种连续可变气门升程(CVVL)机构,气门升程可在0~9.5 mm连续可变,为该CVVL机构设计计算了凸轮型线和中间摇臂型线。利用GT‐Power对该机构进行了动力学仿真,结果表明:在所有气门升程下,气门具有相同的开启、落座缓冲段,气门动力学性能良好;凸轮与滚轮接触应力偏大,分析了应力偏大的原因,并指出优化方向。

Abstract:A continuous variable valve lift (CVVL ) mechanism was designed and the valve lift could be adjusted in 0 ~9 .5 mm .The cam profile and middle rocker profile for CVVL mechanism were designed and calculated .The dynamic simula‐tion was carried out for the mechanism by using GT‐Power .The results showed that the valve had the same buffer zone for o‐pening and closing within the largest lift and had good dynamic performance .However ,the contact stress between cam and roller was a little large .The reason for the large contact stress was analyzed and the optimization strategy was pointed out .
