| 摘 要： | 采用威布尔分布来描述发动机使用寿命,研究了截尾试验下的可靠性分析方法,建立了发动机截尾试验 的寿命分布参数的最佳无偏估计,给出了可靠性指标计算公式。考虑到目前常见统计表格仅给出试验数较少时的 各种数值,为满足工程需要,详细给出了各个系数的计算方法。

| Abstract: | With the development of long-life engine, the censored data will be ineluctable. Weuibull distribution is used to describe the lifespan of engine in this paper and a statistics analysis method for engine censored test is presented. The BLUE for engine censored data is established and formulas of reliability performance are also given. Considering that large sample will be needed in engine test while only coefficients in formulas for small sample can be obtained in regular statistics table, the calculation method for coefficients is discussed. |
