发动机电子节气门控制系统仿真与试验研究

摘    要:针对电子节气门的结构特点和工作原理,构建了电子节气门的关键部件如驱动电机、减速系统、复位弹簧等物理和数学模型,并以此为基础在Matlab/Simulink环境下建立了电子节气门的仿真控制系统,系统包括表示静态库仑摩擦及复位弹簧的非线性函数和动态的线性传递函数。采用积分分离PID的控制算法对仿真模型进行模拟开度输出,并将其应用于实际的电子节气门控制中。实测结果与模拟输出结果较为相符。

Abstract:For the structure and principle of electronic throttle,the physical and mathematic model of critical components including drive motor,gear system and return spring was established.Under the environment of Matlab/Simulink,the simulated control system of electronic throttle was built,which consisted of nonlinear function representing static Coulomb friction and return spring and dynamic linear transfer function.By the control algorithm of integral separated PID,the output of throttle opening was simulated.The model was applied to the actual control of electronic throttle.It was found that the measured results were consistent with the simulated results.
