发动机正时链可靠性试验台的设计

摘    要:介绍了汽车发动机正时链可靠性的评价方法和新型试验台的工作原理,设计了试验台的驱动系统、传动系统、凸轮轴转矩加载系统、凸轮轴位置调节机构和测控系统。该试验台符合发动机双顶置凸轮轴正时链传动系统的结构,用变频电机驱动正时链条,通过调节测功器的制动力矩来改变凸轮轴的负载转矩,通过调节供油油泵的供油压力来改变张紧器的张紧力,能模拟发动机的实际运行工况,从而考核正时链工作的可靠性。
