摘    要:为了有效地控制汽车尾气排放,基于ZigBee技术开发了车载诊断OBD系统,提出了系统总体设计方案,建立了车载监测数据库,选用MC9S08GT60微控制器和MC13192无线模块构建了无线网络通信的硬件平台,借助BeeKit无线连接工具包生成工程文件,在CodeWarrior IDE开发环境下设计了监测站协调器组网程序、车载终端设备的组网程序和氧传感器电压信号收发程序。试验结果证明,该系统完成了监测站协调器和车载终端之间的数据交换,并把数据传送到监测站计算机,实现了OBD系统的无线网络化。

Abstract:In order to control vehicle exhaust emission effectively,the OBD system was developed based on Zigbee technology.The overall solution design of system was proposed and the on-board monitoring database was established.The hardware platform of wireless network communication was built by the MC9S08GT60 microcontroller and the MC13192 wireless module.The project document was created with the BeeKit wireless connection toolkit.Under the CodeWarrior IDE development environment,the networking program of monitoring station coordinator,the networking program of on-board terminal device and the receiving and sending program of voltage signal for oxygen sensor were designed.The results show that the system can realize data exchange between the monitoring station coordinator and the on-board terminal device and transfer data to monitoring station computer.The wireless network of OBD is realized.
