整体式无接触热阻散热器传热元件的研究

摘    要:介绍了国内首次研制成功的Al质整体式无接触热阻散热器翅片管传热元件的结构与特点 ,对整体式无接触热阻散热器与管带式散热器进行了对比试验 ,并对试验所得的传热与阻力进行了分析。试验结果表明 ,无接触热阻散热器传热性能和可靠性优于管带式散热器 ,且体积小 ,质量轻 ,工序少 ,是目前车用管带式散热器理想的替代产品

Abstract:The structure and performance of the whole type radiator without heat contact resistance made of aluminium,which is first made successfully in China,are discussed.The comparative tests are carried out with the tube rib type radiator.The experimental results of heat transfer and resistance performance are analyzed.It is shown that the performance of the without touch thermal resistance radiator is superior than that of the tube fin type radiator for vehicle and it is characteristics of small volume,light weight and the technically simple.So,the radiator is the perfectly replacing product of automobile radiator.
