内部EGR增压中冷柴油机排放性能试验研究

摘    要:以1台6缸增压柴油机为研究对象,提出了2种能够实现内部EGR的结构设计方案,利用软件建立了仿真模型,根据模拟计算结果确定了在排气凸轮上增加一个小凸轮,使排气门二次开启的试验方案.通过试验研究了内部EGR对柴油机动力性、经济性和排放性能的影响,试验结果表明,内部EGR系统能有效降低气体和PM污染物的排放.

Abstract:For a 6-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine,two structure design schemes of internal EGR were put forward and the simulation model was built with the software.According to the simulation results,the scheme of exhaust valve reopening,which was realized by appending a small cam to exhaust cam,was designed.Through the experiment,the influences of internal EGR on power,economy and emission performance were researched.The results show that the internal EGR can effectively reduce exhaust and PM emission.
