摘    要:设计了SCR系统反应器,制备了TiO2-WO3-V2O5催化剂,在6106柴油机上进行了台架试验,以验证SCR系统对NOx排放的转化效率.试验结果表明,在温度为350~500℃、空速为60 000 h-1时,SCR系统的NOx转化率可达到50%~60%.最后分析了SCR系统NOx转化率相对不高的原因.

Abstract:Based on the design of SCR reactor and the preparation of TiO2-WO3-V2O5 catalyst,the NOxconversion experiment was carried out on 6106 diesel engine to validate the effect of SCR.The result shows that the NOx conversion rate can reach 50% ~ 60% at 350~500 ℃when the space velocity is 60 000h-1.Finally,the reasons of reducing NOx emission with SCR are analyzed.
