内燃机轴系扭振测试方法研究

摘    要:采用A/D采样拟合法,较详细地分析了基准电平的取值范围、循环内平均次数及采样频率等因素对角振动测量精度的影响,并提出了一组适合工程实际需要的参数作为采集及信号预处理参数。通过与A/D高频计数法的分析结果相对比,结果表明:该组参数设定合理,既能降低测量仪器的硬件成本和测试数据的分析时间,又能满足工程应用所需的测量精度,便于现场的实际推广应用。
