共轨柴油机燃用乳化柴油试验研究

摘    要:在某高压共轨柴油机上进行燃用0号柴油、E10,E15,E20乳化柴油的外特性试验以及2 000 r/min,3 200 r/min转速下的负荷特性试验。在原机未作任何改动的情况下,将发动机燃用4种油品的动力性、经济性及常规排放特性进行对比,研究结果表明:相对于0号柴油,燃用乳化柴油经济性有所提高,NOx排放降低,烟度值大幅降低,CO排放有所升高,HC排放在低负荷时升高,在高负荷时降低;燃用乳化柴油各种排放物的变化幅度随掺水比的增大而增大。
