摘    要:应用AVL FIRE软件,对5孔喷油器采用液体挤压研磨前后状态进行了三维流动计算。并在CA498柴油机上进行了5孔挤压研磨喷油嘴的对比试验研究,试验结果表明,挤压研磨喷油器在满足排放的前提下,改善了经济性指标。

Abstract:Three dimensional simulations were made in 5-hole nozzles which were skived by fluild former and later by means of AVL FIRE software.After some comparable experiments were carried out in CA498 engine,it was found that nozzle which were skived by fluild improved in fuel consumption under meeting emission stand.
