摘    要:用三维计算流体力学(CFD)软件模拟了点火时刻、喷雾方向和喷雾锥角等参数对汽油缸内二阶段喷射发动机缸内压力、放热规律和排放特性的影响。研究表明,点火时刻和喷雾方向对发动机性能有较大影响,而喷雾锥角对发动机性能影响不大。

Abstract:Gasoline direct two-stage injection is an important way to achieve the desired mixture formation in Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) engines. Parameter optimization of two-stage injection can simplify the combustion system and improve the engine performance. This study simulates the effects of spark timing, spray direction and spray cone angle on the performance of the gasoline direct two-stage injection engine with a three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics(CFD) code. It concludes that spark timing and spray direction have significant effects on the engine performance, but spray cone angle have little effects on it.
