高压共轨轨压PID控制算法自动代码生成应用研究

摘    要:运用Matlab/Simulink的Real Time Workshop Embedded Coder模块生成PID控制代码,与发动机控制算法集成,应用于高压共轨柴油机轨道压力控制。通过PCMaster软件监控和标定PID控制参数,在VM R425DOHC柴油机上进行调节,调节后的控制参数取得预期的轨压控制结果。研究结果表明,在发动机控制算法开发中应用自动代码生成技术,可以实现建模和底层代码的分离,加快控制算法的开发。

Abstract:In the paper,with Matlab/Simulink Real Time Workshop Embedded Coder,code of PID control algorithm is generated and integrated into engine control algorithm to control system rail pressure.With software PCMaster of Motorola,PID control parameters are monitored and calibrated on R425 DOHC diesel engine.The experiment indicates that expected result is achieved with calibrated parameters.The study shows that in the development of diesel engine control algorithm,auto code generation technology can implement the separation between modeling and hard driver and save plenty of time.
