摘    要:银层拉力不好是浪涌保护器阀片用银浆的一种常见问题。本文研究了不同软化点玻璃粉对银浆烧结后银层拉力的影响。结果表明,软化点过高或过低的玻璃粉都会导致银层拉力不佳,玻璃粉软化点与烧结温度相匹配,更有利于提高银层拉力。同一种玻璃粉在不同的工艺条件下,可以表现出同样良好的拉力性能,具有一定的适烧性,这有利于提高银浆的适用性。

Abstract:Poor silver pulling force is a common problem of silver paste which is used in surge protective device valve. In this paper, the effect of different softening point glass powder is studied on the pulling force of silver layer after sintering of silver paste. The result shows that glass powder with softening point too high or too low will cause the bad silver pulling force. The softening point of the glass powder is matched with the sintering temperature, which is more conductive to increasing the tensile force of the silver layer. The same glass powder can exhibit the same good tensile performance under different process conditions. Glass powder has a certain degree of burnability, which is conducive to improvin g the applicability of silver paste.
