基于单片机的船舶自动车令记录仪的设计与实现

摘    要:本文分析了船舶自动车令记录仪的功能特点,工作原理。重点介绍了微型打印机的工作原理和使用方法,车令信号采集的方法与实现,脉冲(转速信号)计数的方法与实现,时钟芯片DS1302的使用方法及不间断时钟的实现。针对我国海军舰船航行数据记录的现状,提出以单片机为核心设计HXG-930CL型船舶自动车令记录仪,替代人工手动操作,实现舰船航行车令和航速的自动记录。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the features of a ship’s automatic driving-command recorder and its working principle. It also introduces the micro-printer’s working principle, operration methods, driving-command, the pulse signal acquisition method and implementation, the clock chip DS1302’s use and uninterrupted implementation of the clock. Aimed at situation of the China’s naval vessels for the VDR, the method using the HXG-930CL-type automatic driving-command recorder with microcontroller core, in place of doing so manually, achieves automatic record of the driving-command and ship navigation speed.
