摘    要:介绍了配出中性导体的IT系统应用研究现状,重点分析了IT系统供电连续性高、安全性好的优势及不能提供220V交流电源、保护复杂、绝缘要求高等缺点。讨论了IT配出中性导体的可行性问题,介绍了传统方法不能监测中性导体绝缘的原因并提出了一种基于注入信号法的绝缘监测方案。讨论了配出中性导体的IT系统发生第一次和第二次接地故障时的保护方案。分析表明,配出中性导体的IT系统性能优良,值得推广使用。

Abstract:The application of IT system with the neutral conductor is introduced, and the advantages and the disadvantages of the IT system is analyzed. The feasibility of the neutral conductor in IT system is discussed. Based on injecting external diagnostic signals, isolation monitoring method is provided. The first and second grounding fault protection schemes are presented in the paper. Analysis shows that IT systems with the neutral conductor have excellent performances and deserve promotion.
