| 摘 要： | 针对自动测试系统自动化计量的实现问题,提出了自动化计量的规划方法,结合某型检测维修方舱系统,阐述了自动化计量硬件模块的设计,同时在兼顾自动测试系统软件可靠性和整体一致性的基础上,设计了自动化计量软件模块,并进行了总结和展望。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the implementation issue of the automatic metrology of automatic test system, the planning methods are put forward and the design of hardware module of automatic metrology is elaborated by combining a certain type of detection and maintenance shelter. Meanwhile, on the basis of considering the software reliability and overall consistency of the automatic test system, the software module of automatic metrology is presented |
