摘    要:本文研究了树脂基体、填料种类对绝缘漆导热系数的影响;通过对比试验,最终选用硅粉作为改性填料;研究了硅粉表面处理方法和含量对绝缘漆导热性及粘度的影响。使用经表面处理硅粉,添加量在30%(质量比)时,导热率从0.18W/(m·K)增加至0.35W/(m·K),而粘度为65s,仍能满足使用工艺要求。

Abstract:In this paper, the effects of resin matrix and filler type on the thermal conductivity of the varnish are studied. According to the results of comparison experiments, silica filler is selected and used as the optimal modified filler. The effects of silica filler surface-treatment methods and contents on thermal conductivity and viscosity of varnish are investigated. The thermal conductivity is increased from 0.18 W/(m·K) to 0.35 W/(m·K), when the addition of surface-treated silica filler is 30% (mass ratio), and the viscosity of the varnish is 65s, which can still meet the process requirements.
