基于BP神经网络自适应控制系统的改进与优化

摘    要:本文针对BP(Back Propagation)神经网络在控制系统应用中存在的一些诸如收敛速度慢、局部极小点等不足,提出了附加动量法以及自适应的学习速率法等算法,并对该算法的原理模型以及工作流程进行了研究和设计,同时对该算法在PID自适应控制系统中应用进行了改进和优化.

Abstract:There are some defect in BP(Back Propagation) algorithm,such as slowly convergence rate and local minimum point.Aimed at these problems,an adaptive control system based on the neural network is presented,which combined the advantage of the neural network and proportional-integral derivative(PID) control.It studies the concept models and workflows of the algorithm.Results show that the improved algorithm has an advantage over normal BP algorithm.
