| 摘 要： | 本文分析了电机冷却器使用的海军黄铜管腐蚀失效原因，采取了喷涂Zn－Al复合金属涂层和阴极保护的进行防护。经3年实践证明，该防护措施抑制了冷却器的海水腐蚀，防护效果较好。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes of the cause of naval brass tube corrosion in electrical motor cooler.Using the Zinc-Aluminum metal coating and cathode protection,it is found that the protection measures restrained the corrosion of tube bundle in sea water during 3 years services,and the design is proved to be effective. |
