摘    要:随着船舶工业技术的不断发展,尤其是船用微机技术的不断提高,各类高科技数字化智能设备,广泛应用在船舶的主机遥控系统、主机安全保护系统、机舱综合报警系统、各种导航助航设备中,这对船舶的运行和管理起到了智能化、自动化的作用,也为船舶的安全运行起到促进作用.对AUT-0型无人机舱的船舶,机舱监控报警系统要长期连续运行,机舱内环境恶劣,系统不仅要克服船舶的震动、摇摆以及各种电气设备的电磁干扰,还要适应机舱内的潮湿、有腐蚀性的盐雾等环境.因此要求机舱报警系统可靠性高、实时性好、系统容量大、抗震、扩充性和耐腐蚀能力强.正基于此,本文研制基于CAN现场总线的船舶机舱分布式监控系统,实践证明:CAN总线的机舱分布式监控系统优于以往的集中式分布系统,指明了现代船舶机舱监控手段的发展方向.

Abstract:With constant development of ship industry technology, especially marine microcomputer technology, all kinds of hi-tech digital intelligent equipments are widely applied in ship systems such as the main engine remote control system, the main engine safeguard system, the engine room synthesize alarming system, and the navigation assistance system. All of those play an important role of intelligence and automation in ship operation and management, and enhance the ship safety operation. For the ship with AUT-0 type unmanned engine room that is always under bad conditions, the monitoring and alarming system has to be running continuously and at long term. The system not only has to overcome the vibration, swing and electromagnetic interference in various electrical equipments, but also adapt to the environment of moisture, and erosion salt fog inside engine room. Therefore, the engine room alarming system must be of high reliability, good real time performance, large system capacity, better anti-vibration, expansibility and anti-erosion ability. For the above reasons, a distributed monitoring system based on CAN is studied. It is proven that the function of the CAN-based distributed monitoring system is prior to that of the previous centralized monitoring system. And its future development is pointed out in this paper.
