直接驱动感应电动机的优势

摘    要:本文对感应电动机直接驱动与带齿轮箱驱动的性能和体积进行了介绍。通过对三种方案的比较得到:对于基速为600 rpm及以上的变速应用,直接驱动方案是不错的经验选择;对于基速介于300-600 rpm情况,直接驱动电动机与带齿轮箱驱动方案的初始成本和全寿期成本要根据具体情况进行比较;对于基速低于300 rpm的应用,带齿轮箱驱动方案的成本总是较低的。此外,对永磁(PM)电动机优缺点也进行了讨论。

Abstract:Performance comparisons of direct-drive induction motor with gear-box driven systems are presented. With analysis of three different low-speed applications, It comes to the conclusion that the direct-drive solution for variable-speed applications with a base speed of 600rpm and above is a good selection; for applications with a base speed between 300-600rpm,the initial and total life cost of a direct-drive should be compared to a geared solution; for applications with a base speed below 300rpm, a geared solution will be the lower cost one.
