摘    要:设计了一种基于电磁斥力机构和单线圈双稳态永磁操动机构的新型高速触头操动机构,研制了原理样机,运用Ansoft有限元仿真软件对电磁斥力机构进行了建模仿真,实验结果表明该触头操动机构能够在分断动作信号发出约200μs后使动、静触头分离,触头开距为16mm。

Abstract:A new kind of Contact actuating mechanism is proposed in this paper based on the requirement of the new hybrid limiter. It is made up of electro-magnetic repulsion accelerator and permanent magnetic mechanism. The electromagnetic field finite elements simulation software Ansoft is used in the analysis of the mechanism. The new designed contact operation mechanism based on the electro-magnetic repulsion accelerator and the permanent magnetic mechanism is set up. Experiment results show that it is able to separate the contact 200 μs after the receiving of the action signal, and the separation distance of the contacts is 16 mm.
