触摸屏在放电控制系统中应用

摘    要:设计了一种基于触摸屏和PLC技术的蓄电池放电控制系统.该系统的下位机以PLC为控制核心,对放电电流和电压信号进行采集;触摸屏作为上位机,实时显示放电信息及设定放电参数.详细介绍了触摸屏的工作原理、系统硬件组成、触摸屏与PLC通信方法及触摸屏组态界面的设计.试验表明,系统具有人机交互方便、运行安全可靠、易于操作、自动化程度高等特点.

Abstract:The batteries discharging system is designed on the basis of the touch screen and PLC in this paper. Lower computer of system takes PLC as core, which completes collection of discharge current and voltage. The touch screen is used as upper computer to display data and set discharge parameters. The principle of the touch screen, hardware components of system, communication between the touch screen with PLC and design of touch screen configuration are described. The experiment shows that the system has the advantage of perfect human-machine interface, high dependence, simple operation and high automation.
