摘    要:本文提出了一种逆变式全数字化等离子切割电源方案,分析了该主电路中三相电压型PWM整流器和移相全桥DC-DC变换器的特点、给出了相应控制策略。设计了一台10kW等离子切割电源,实验结果表明电源稳定可靠、性能优良,验证了本文提出的方案可行,可满足等离子切割电源的性能指标要求。

Abstract:An inverted full digitalization plasma cutting power supply plan is put forward, the characteristics of PWM rectifier with three-phase voltage and phase-shift full bridge DC-DC converter in the main circuit are analyzed, the corresponding control strategy is presented, and a 10 kW plasma cutting power supply is designed. The experimental results show that the power supply is stable and reliable with high performance, and verifies that the plan is feasible to satisfy the performance index requirements of plasma cutting power supply.
