摘    要:在参考多层分布式处理模式的基础上,从人机交互、数据解析、模块化处理、网络通讯等层面针对船用柴油主机提出了一种新的主机遥控系统设计方法。该系统由操纵权限控制单元、主机起动单元、主机调速单元、主机转速与负荷限制单元、主机安全保护单元等分布式处理模块组成,彼此在已构建的多层分布式处理单元之间通过双冗余CAN网络进行数据交互。系统采用液晶化软件界面及按钮指示灯阵列为主要的人机交互方式,在轮机自动化实训平台上进行了在线调试,验证了本文所提出的系统框架和设计方法的合理性及有效性。

Abstract:Referring to multilayer distributed processing technology, a new main engine remote control system based on human-computer interaction, data parse, modularized preprocess, and network communication is provided The system consists of distributed process modules, including authority control unit, starting unit, speed-governing unit, speed and load limitation unit, and protection unit etc. Each module completes the data exchange between the dual redundant CAN network in the multi-layer distributed processing unit. The Liquid crystal human-computer interaction interface and button array with lamp is the main man-machine interactive way to carry out online test on marine automation training platform. The debug and test results show the rationality and validity of the framework and design method of the system in this paper.
