摘    要:基于S7-300可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)和船舶电站发电机并车与保护单元(PPU),设计了远洋渔船船舶电站智能化控制系统。以PLC为主站、PPU为从站组成的联合控制核心,采集发电柴油机组以及船舶电网的各项参数,实现输入、输出共享,并根据设置的参数进行智能化指令执行。满足船舶电站自动控制以及安全保护等功能,适应渔船在航行及作业过程中工况多变的特点,从而提高船舶电力网的可靠性、便利性与经济性。

Abstract:A power station control system for deep sea fishing vessels is designed by using S7-300 programmable logic controller(PLC) and paralleling and protection unit(PPU). With the S7-300 PLC as main station and PPU as the slave station, all the parameters of generator set and ship power system are collected to share input and output parameters, and to execute instruction intelligently. The system can meet the functions of intelligent control and fault alarm of the ship power station. It adapts the fishing vessels in changing working conditions which enhance the ship electric system’s reliability, convenience and economy.
