摘    要:固态电解质是全固态锂离子电池的核心,包括无机固态电解质、聚合物电解质、复合固体电解质,其中无机固态电解质的离子电导率最高,应用前景广阔。但是,无机固态电解质界面兼容性差等问题,限制了其广泛应用。无机固态电解质与电极之间的接触是直接的物理接触,界面电阻较高。差的界面浸润性影响电池的电化学性能,不利影响在高倍率情况下尤为突出。本综述从不同体系详细介绍无机固态电解质材料的性能,包括晶态电解质、非晶态电解质。基于固态电解质内部界面、正极/固态电解质界面、负极/固态电解质界面的研究进展,结合现有实验结果,系统阐述各种界面调控手段对电化学性能的影响规律,也对未来固态电解质的界面调控及优化做出展望。

Abstract:Solid electrolyte is the core of all solid-state lithium ion batteries,including inorganic solid electrolyte,polymer electrolyte,composite solid electrolyte.Among them,inorganic solid electrolyte has the most broad application prospects because of its high ion conductivity.However,inorganic solid electrolytes also have problems such as poor electrode electrolyte interface compatibility,which limits their practical application.Due to the direct physical contact between the inorganic solid electrolyte and electrodes,the interface resistance is high.Poor interfacial infiltrating affects the electrochemical performance of the battery,and the adverse effects are particularly prominent at high rates.In this review,the performance of inorganic solid electrolyte materials from different systems is stated in detail,including crystalline electrolytes and amorphous electrolytes.Then,based on the research progress of the interfaces,such as the internal interface,the positive electrode-solid electrolyte interface,the negative electrode-solid electrolyte interface,this review systematically elaborate the influence law of various interface adjustment methods on the electrochemical performances is introduced systematically.Finally,it is pointed that the regulation and optimization of the solid electrolyte interfaces should be focused on in next research.
