基于ADAMS的中压直流断路器分闸运动仿真分析

摘    要:根据对中压直流断路器分闸运动原理的分析,建立了中压直流断路器的动力学模型。应用弹性动力学理论,采用多体动力学机械系统仿真软件ADAMS对断路器进行分闸过程仿真分析。搭建了断路器机械特性测试回路,进行验证试验。试验结果表明,该断路器分闸动态特性试验结果与仿真结果相吻合,其性能指标能满足该断路器的设计要求。该仿真方法为中压直流断路器的设计和优化提供了一条有效的途径。

Abstract:The dynamic model of medium voltage DC circuit breaker is established based on the analysis of the principle of its switching-off motion.In this paper,the opening processes of the circuit breaker are simulated and analyzed based on the multi-body dynamic mechanical system simulation software(ADAMS)according to the theory of elastic dynamics.The mechanical characteristic test loop is established and tested for the simulation verification,which show that the dynamic characteristics of the breaker both from tests and simulation are consistent with each other.The simulation method could be an effective reference way for the design and optimization of medium voltage DC circuit breaker.
