摘    要:介绍了智能低压直流断路器的基本组成和控制系统方案。详细介绍了其核心部件智能保护装置的硬件设计和软件实现。装置以高性能DSP芯片TMS320F28335为核心,采用16位高精度ADC芯片AD7606采集模拟量,并进行了双机热备的容错设计和自诊断设计,有效提高了设备的精确度和可靠性。文中介绍了快速脱扣器驱动模块。针对断路器的应用船进行了分断试验,并给出了试验波形,结果表明断路器具有良好的快速性。

Abstract:The basic composition and control system of a intelligent low voltage DC circuit breaker are introduced.The hardware design and software implementation of the intelligent protection devices(as a core component of breaker)are introduced in detail.Based on high performance DSP chip TMS320F28335 and the 16 bit high precision ADC chip AD7606,fault tolerant design and self-diagnosis design of dual machine hot standby are carried out,which makes its accuracy and reliability better.The driving module for the rapid release of the breaker is also presented.The tripping tests of the circuit breaker aiming at the practical ship and the wave of experiment are given,which show that the breaker has rapid response to fault current.
