基于智能功率模块的开关磁阻电动机功率电路的仿真研究

摘    要:本文分析了智能功率模块IPM和开关磁阻电动机功率电路基本原理,提出了将IPM应用到功率电路中的设计方案。借助OrCAD公司的PSPICE10.5仿真软件,设计了仿真电路图。通过仿真波形对电路的功能进行验证,检查电路设计存在的问题,并对其进行修改,最后证实将IPM用到开关磁阻电动机功率电路中的可行性,同时为功率电路的设计及优化控制算法以提高整个系统的性能提供了很好的理论依据。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the basic principle of power inverter of switched reluctance motor and intelligent power module, and it put forwards the design that applying the IPM to the power inverter. We design the simulation circuit using the software PSPICE10.5 of OrCAD Co.. Through the simulation waveform, it can test the function, check the exiting problem and modify them and finally verify the feasibility of applying the IPM to the power inverter. At the same time, it can provide a good theory for the design of power inverter and optimizing control method to improve the performance of the whole system.
