摘    要:舰船综合电力系统直流网络突加一定恒功率负载时会产生较大的电压波动,这主要是由电网中电能供需的不平衡造成,而飞轮储能装置可以解决上述问题。本文详细分析了储能装置运行特性,将其划分为充能、保持、调节三种工作模式,设计了一种基于矢量控制的综合控制策略。在PSCAD/EMTDC仿真平台中构建了综合电力系统直流网络简化仿真模型,仿真结果表明此控制策略下飞轮储能装置的工作模式能平滑快速切换,功率控制响应速度快,直流母线电压暂态过程波动显著减小。

Abstract:Suddenly added constant power loads integrated powersSystem (IPS). Flywheel energy unbalance between supply and demand of power. may lead to unacceptable voltage fluctuations in shipboard storage system (FESS) can solve this problem caused by the The three operational modes of FESS--starting up, holding up, regulation are discussed, and a strategy based on the vector control is presented. Simplified simulation model is carried out in PSCAD/EMTDC. The results demonstrate that the new controller has managed to significantly reduce the DC bus voltage fluctuation, and the FESS switches smoothly, showing an excellent power response. Such an FESS is especially attractive for rectify the voltage fluctuations of lPS.
