基于DSP 1 kW 220 V/50 Hz光伏逆变电源的设计

摘    要:针对某型无人值守野外中继通信设备供电要求,以TMS320LF2407A型DSP为主控芯片、以Buck-Boost型变换器为直流稳压电路、以桥式逆变电路为主电路、以SPWM为控制方法研制了一台利用太阳能产生220V/50Hz的1kW交流电源。实际应用表明该电源完全满足野外供电要求,具有输出品质因数高、动态响应快、可靠性高等优点。

Abstract:In allusion to the power requirements of a certain type of unattended field relay communication equipment, this paper designs a 220 V/50 Hz 1kW AC power generated from the solar energy which uses the SPWM as the control method, and contains TMS320LF2407A DSP as the master chip, Buck-Boost converter as the stable DC voltage, and bridge inverter circuit as the main circuit. The practical application shows that this power supply fully meets the requirements of the field power supply, and it has advantages of high output quality, fast dynamic response, high reliability and so on.
