宽幅压输入恒压输出的ZVZCT PWM SEPIC变换器分析设计

摘    要:基于一种优越的ZVZCT SEPIC拓扑结构,分析其工作原理,在宽幅压输入,恒压输出条件下,对其各元件参数进行了优化选取,并通过MATLAB软件仿真得出结论,该变换器在上述条件下能够较好的实现软开关功能,降低了功率开关管的损耗,是船用低损耗幅压直流变换器的方案选择之一。

Abstract:Based on an superior ZVZCT SEPIC topology,the work principle is analyzed,and every element’s parameter of the topology is chosen well when the input voltage is variational and the output voltage is constant. Simulation results show that all the semiconductors can realize ZCT/ZVT in above condition, the loss of the switch is reduced and the converter is the one of the low loss DC-DC converter in a wide range voltage input of the ship’s light substation.
