摘    要:某装备设置有启动电动机启动和高压空气启动两种方式,发动机启动后带动硅整流发电机工作。硅整流发电机励磁由调压器控制,以保持输出电压的稳定。在没有蓄电池、外接电源或硅整流发电机无剩磁时,用高压空气或者其它方式启动发动机,硅整流发电机由于没有励磁而不发电。该装备发动机转速表传感器为三相永磁同步发电机,由发动机传动,只要发动机工作就能发电。实验证明,转速表传感器具备给硅整流发电机提供初始励磁的能力。设计一种装置,只要能启动发动机,均由转速表传感器给硅整流发电机提供初始励磁,使硅整流发电机在任何情况下都能正常供电。

Abstract:A certain equipment is provided with two modes of starting motor starting and high -pressure air starting, and driving the silicon rectifier generator after the engine starts. The excitation of the silicon rectifier generator is controlled by a voltage regulator to keep the output voltage stable. When there is no battery, external power supply or silicon rectification generator without residual magnetism, the engine is started by high-pressure air or other means. The silicon rectification generator does not generate electricity because there is no excitation current, and the equipment cannot fight. The engine tachometer sensor is a three-phase permanent magnet synchronous generator that is driven by the engine and can generate electricity as long as the engine is working. The experiment proves that the tachometer sensor has the ability of providing initial excitation to the silicon rectifier generator. A device is designed to provide the initial excitation to the silicon rectifier generator by the tachometer sensor so that the silicon rectifier generator can supply power normally under any circumstances as long as the engine can be started.
